No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Parichay.pro are final and non-refundable.
This is because our services involve instant access to digital tools, customization, hosting, and digital content creation, which cannot be reversed once delivered.
No Cancellation After Activation
Once your account is activated or a service is provisioned (such as digital vCard, resume creation, or WhatsApp store setup), the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake, or
- A technical error on our platform resulted in incorrect billing
In such cases, requests must be made within 3 days of the transaction, with valid proof.
Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Parichay.pro.
